About project:

Our training course's aim is to enhance the capabilities, expertise, and practical understanding of youth workers to assist marginalized young individuals in effecting beneficial transformations and choices. This includes helping them surmount challenges by opting for secure pathways and involving them in active civic participation.
Our project is a Training course for 24 youth workers ( 6 participants per country) from France, Turkey, Poland and Georgia and also plus 1 trainer from Georgia. 25 in total.
Our project serves to fulfil the following objectives:
To highlight the key characteristics of youth marginalization and issues pertaining to social exclusion in our countries and within the EU

To investigate the challenges and requirements faced by youth workers involved in daily interactions with socially marginalized youth groups

To establish connections among youth workers and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and practical experiences

To provide youth workers with specialized techniques for aiding young individuals, such as counseling, coaching, and mentorship
-
To focus on the personal development and self-evaluation tools for youth workers

To enhance the effectiveness of youth work within our participants and organizations

To develop a comprehensive TOOLKIT for youth workers to disseminate global insights, methodologies, and resources
-
To strengthen the collaborative efforts among partner organizations by formulating enduring approaches and strategies.
